This includes, but is not limited to, any metadata generated through our platform. Once you have received the metadata for your images, you forfeit the right to request a refund.

While we do not generally offer refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

• Technical Issues: If you encounter technical difficulties while using our service that prevent you from receiving your generated metadata, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase. We will review your case and may issue a refund if we find the issue was due to a fault on our end.

• Service Not Delivered: If you believe that you have not received the service you paid for, please reach out to us within 14 days of your transaction, and we will investigate the issue. If it is confirmed that the service was not delivered, we will issue a refund.
